The mid-size SUV market is overcrowded, and the leaders have decades of nameplate recognition. However, other “family” SUVs are portrayed as only capable and practical, but some families are looking for more. How do we disrupt this segment with an all-new nameplate?

This next-generation of upscale millennial parents believe in the value of creating the lifestyle & work experience they want, without sacrificing their family desires. They believe a better life is possible when you can focus on your wants as an individual, balanced with the needs of your family.

I collaborated tightly with sales to develop the strategy and concepts for this multi-phased, on-line and off-line, 4-star experience. We created moments where customers could learn about the Palisade along with ways to make family time, better.

From the physical retail 4-star experience to the digital retail version on amazon.com, we curated and showcased 4-star’s popular and trending products. To add more value, we also created content to demonstrate how customers can use these 4-star products to create their very own experiences that make family time better. We showed these off in both video and still form as well as descriptions in store on the table. We strategically created 15 second vignettes so we could leverage this video content across Amazon ad placements such as OTT, Fire TV, Fire Tablet and in Digital Displays and devices at 4-star locations.
